It took me a long time to find a CZ set that didn't look like it came out of a gumball machine. I did a lot of searching, the stones on most are either an unrealistic size, or the settings are just plain ugly. This set is beautiful and believable in both size and setting, it looks a lot like the 14k gold / diamond set that I lost a few months ago.
This is my first "white" (sterling silver) ring, and I think I may still be partial to yellow gold; if this were yellow gold, I think I'd say its just about perfect. But that is a matter of preference, I made the sacrifice for the price until we can replace my diamond set. In natural light, it also does not have quite the bling that a diamond does, but if you are indoors under lights, it sparkles plenty. And that is where most of us are most of the time, anyway, right?
I had my finger sized by the jeweler, not using the online sizing guide, so I am not sure how true to size the ring is using the guide. It is true to the jeweler's sizing rings, though.
