I think the people that are saying this is hard to use do not know how to use it. All you do is lift the bottle up and squeeze and the water goes into the tray, soooo easy and wonderful. We run 6 days a week and this is the only thing I can get my Belgian Sheepdog to drink from and she needs it in this desert heat. I am buying a second one just in case. I love love love it.
